 During one of our moments of Zen, we decided
that it was time to move on, to see and do things that
others only dream
of. Our plan or goal: to purchase a van and travel to Central
America. The van ended up being a 1985 Volkswagen Vanagon. We
had now inadvertently entered a subculture that we had never known existed
and the journey had begun.
In order to see if our purchase was ready for this journey, we decided to take a month long shakedown trip down
the Baja California peninsula and back.
This web site will be used chronicle our travels and keep
